Biography

Michelle Kurtz is a senior recruiter with 5 plus years of progressive talent acquisition experience. Michelle spent two years as a career coach for Silicon Valley software engineers before transitioning into talent management.

Before landing in career coaching and tech recruiting, she spent almost a decade working as a therapist, behavioral coach, and interventionist with some of Silicon Valley’s top earners.

Michelle has a bachelor’s and master’s in clinical psychology and is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a wife and mom to two young children. Michelle’s biggest motivator is seeing clients fulfill their grandest potential in life and career.
