All our coaching plans include a resume walk-through and optimization session, resulting in an updated resume tailored for your job search.

The duration of our coaching sessions depends on the plan you choose. Typically, our standard timeline is 4 weeks. However, if you opt for the premium plan, you’ll receive an additional six months of coaching with one session per month. Each week, we focus on a new aspect of your job search, starting with refining your resume and LinkedIn profile and progressing to advanced career strategies, including effective communication with hiring managers and recruiters.

Our coaching format is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. If you’re confident in certain areas, our advisors will help you perfect other aspects where you feel less assured. Our commitment to you doesn’t end with the completion of our sessions. We remain available for any questions or additional help you may need. Yes, landing an interview is guaranteed with certain Core plans. We believe a multi-faceted approach is essential for success. Simply optimizing your resume or LinkedIn profile isn't enough. The plans that include a guaranteed interview are the Complete Accelerator Plan, Platinum Plan, and Premium Plan.

No, getting a job offer is not guaranteed. Our role is to equip our clients with the tools and strategies needed to secure an interview. Job offers depend on various factors beyond our control, such as location, experience level, company budget changes, restructuring, role changes, or a shift to internal hires. Due to these unpredictable elements, Core guarantees an interview but not a job offer.

Yes, our coaching services are available to job seekers worldwide. However, we are not a recruitment agency that places H1B candidates. We can provide advice on H1B situations and share insights from an employer's perspective.
